This section provides answers to commonly asked questions, helping customers find the information they need quickly and easily.

How do I book a cleaning service?

You can book directly through our website by filling out the booking form. Select your preferred date, time, and type of service! We will do our best to accommodate your selected time and date.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t have to be home as long as we have access to your property. You can leave a key, code, or instructions in the booking form, or just contact us directly, whether that’s leaving specific notes in the booking form, or via our “Contact Us” page!

Will I always have the same cleaner?

We try to maintain consistency whenever possible. However, due to scheduling availability, your cleaner may vary. If there’s a specific cleaner you request, we will do our best to accommodate you. Rest assured, all of our cleaners are background-checked and trained.

Do I need to provide and cleaning supplies or equipment?

Nope! Our cleaners bring everything they need. If you have specific products you would like us to use, just let us know when you book!

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a background check and thorough vetting process before joining our team.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to make it right. We do take our own before and after pictures for liability purposes such as these.

How do payments work?

Payments are securely processed during the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No cash payments are accepted. We do expect payment up front due to previous experiences we have had with customers not paying after cleaning.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but always appreciated. You can tip your cleaner in cash or add a tip when booking online. 100% of tips are given to your cleaner.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancelling within 24 hours is subject to a small fee.

Do you offer same-day or emergency cleanings?

We can sometimes accommodate same-day bookings depending on availability. Contact us directly via cleanteamtn@gmail.com if you have an urgent request and we will do our best to find a cleaner in your area.

Are pets okay during the cleaning?

Absolutely! We love pets. Just let us kow ahead of time if you have any animals so our cleaners can be prepared.

How long will the cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your home and the type of service that is booked. Basic cleanings take 2-3 hours, standard cleanings take 3-4 hours and move-in/move-out cleanings take 4-6 hours or longer depending on the size of your home. A more accurate time slot will be established during the time of booking your appointment.

Do you clean after construction or renovation?

Yes, we offer post-construction and renovation cleaning. These are considered deep cleans and should only be booked under our Move-In/Out package. If you would like to know what this particular cleaning entails, you can find that on our “Services” page.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, our cleaners are covered under general liability insurance to protect your property and our team.

What areas do you service?

We currently service a number of areas in West TN. While we are working on expanding, there are only certain areas that are currently available for booking. You can check our “Service Area Map” to see if we are available in your location. Just know that if your area is not on the list, we are always working to expand and encourage you to check back in a couple of months.

What does the basic package, standard package and move-in/move-out package entail?

Certain customers may prefer different packages depending on what they want. If you would like more details about each package, you can visit our “Services” page to find those details!
